We chose Gayle for our sale in August of our home and purchase of a new home. She was very knowledgeable of the local market and negotiated for us a better price than we had hoped for. She knows the market very well and her expertise in the new construction market was also very important in negotiating the subsequent purchase of our new home. She was very responsive to our needs and questions and was always available whenever we contacted her. There was a lot of back and forth with both transactions and she made it very easy. She also was upfront with us and told us the hard words sometimes when she thought something would not be what we thought we could make happen . She quickly honed in on what we were looking for in a house and was not shy to tell us about specific houses that she realized, perhaps quicker than us, that were not the right fit for us. I definitely give her 5 stars and am glad we chose her after interviewing several other agents. I will definitely use her again when we sell our present home.
