Our job is to focus on prepping your home for market and promoting it to our extensive network of qualified buyers so that you can sell for the price you want, in the timeframe you want. Here's how the process works, from start to finish:
STEP 1
First, let's set a date
We'll set up a time to come and see your home in person. This is your opportunity to share with us why you're moving, and anything we should know about your home to price it competitively. Then, we'll talk through what you can expect at every step so that you'll always be prepared for what's next.
STEP 2
Make sure the price is right
From there, we'll dive into strategy. Taking into account your specific neighborhood, area comps, local market conditions, and everything else about your home, we'll advise you on how to price your home right.
STEP 3
Good on your end? We'll take it from here
To help you attract the right buyer and the best offers, we'll promote your home to our wide network of agents and qualified buyers through an omnichannel marketing strategy. This includes professional photography, email marketing, Instagram and Facebook advertising, and more.

We'll present you with the final offer(s) and negotiate on your behalf so that you walk away with a result you're thrilled with.

She knows the market very well and her expertise in the new construction market was also very important in negotiating the subsequent purchase of our new home.
She was very responsive to our needs and questions and was always available whenever we contacted her.
There was a lot of back and forth with both transactions and she made it very easy. She also was upfront with us and told us the hard words sometimes when she thought something would not be what we thought we could make happen .
She quickly honed in on what we were looking for in a house and was not shy to tell us about specific houses that she realized, perhaps quicker than us, that were not the right fit for us.

We've had such a great experience working with Gayle Winters to find a home! Back in 2018, my husband and I were connected with Gayle when we requested to see a condo. We immediately felt at ease working with her as she was so knowledgeable about the area and about important things to consider when buying a home. I really appreciated how patient she was as we had to put our search on hold a few times due to life events (and the pandemic!). We kept in touch over the last few years and Gayle was always willing to meet up with us at a potential house and check it out with us. I was so excited to text her earlier this year when we were finally ready to start looking again as our family had expanded and we're ready for a bigger space, and to have our own space.
Gayle has an amazing network of people who work with her. Every company she has referred us to for different steps in the process have been reliable and reputable -- we are so appreciative of this as we are new to the home buying process.
One of the things that I really appreciate about Gayle is that she took the time to get to know us and our preferences, and she shared her professional opinions about properties based on our preferences and priorities. She was great to talk with about pros and cons of properties. When we found something we loved, Gayle acted quickly and helped us to take the right steps to put in an offer.
I'm so glad that we were connected with Gayle! We learned a lot about the process of home buying from her. The most important thing we learned is that the location is key, as that's the thing that can't be changed!
